Welcome to all things vocal

with Heather Ward

Gilded & Silver is more than a jazz album—it’s a deeply personal, beautifully curated artistic statement by Heather Ward

Following the success of her debut solo album Honeysweet, Canadian-born, Seattle-based jazz vocalist Heather Ward returns with a luminous new collection, Gilded & Silver. Critics have lauded Heather’s voice as "smokey, sultry alto"  and “flows effortlessly over the music, striking a balance between polished and personal. Each note feels purposeful, and every lyric is delivered with the grace of someone who truly understands their craft."

Heather Ward reaffirms her place as one of the most compelling jazz vocalists in today’s scene

"Singing is my life's blood, what keeps my

heart pumping.

Sharing it with others is

the greatest joy I know."

"The night before performance venues shut down in March I went to hear the Ward Trio perform. It was a fateful decision and I am glad hers was the last voice I heard sing. Vibrant, full, feisty, seemingly effortless. A natural performer at home on the stage. Exuding joy and communicating it to her audience. She also works tirelessly to offer her best as a vocal teacher, creative and sincerely interested in sharing the gift of music. Her success in that regard shows in her two highly gifted offspring who make up the balance of the trio! Once we can go hear singers sing, go hear this wonderful group in person. Meanwhile find her online!"
